Important Information Regarding Venue Access and Attendance:
You will receive two separate QR codes for this event:
- PolyU Access QR Code
- This will be distributed after the registration deadline
- Required for entering the PolyU premises
- Strictly non-transferable and linked to your registration
- Must be presented to security upon arrival at PolyU
- HKRA Attendance QR Code
- This will be included in your event confirmation email
- Used for recording your attendance at the event
- Please ensure this is scanned upon entering the event venue
- Required for CPD/attendance certification purposes
Please ensure you have both QR codes readily available when arriving at the venue. Entry will not be permitted without the valid PolyU Access QR code, and attendance will not be recorded without scanning the HKRA Attendance QR code.
